We do not collect personal information for tracking or advertising.
We only receive information you voluntarily provide:
- Support emails
- Feedback messages
- Contact information you include in support requests
Data Stored on Your Device
The app may store data locally for functionality:
- blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, pulse)
- reading context (arm, position, notes)
- reminder settings
- user preferences and settings
This data remains on your device unless you choose to share it.
Data Retention
Blood pressure readings, reading context, notes, reminder settings, preferences, and other app records are stored locally on your device.
Local app data is kept on your device until you delete individual records, delete all records or app data inside the app, or uninstall the app.
Support emails, feedback messages, and contact details you provide to us are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our rights and users.
Purchase and subscription records are processed and retained by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and our third-party subscription management service according to their own retention policies. We do not receive or store payment card details.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete your Health: Blood Pressure data in the following ways:
- delete individual blood pressure records inside the app
- delete all records or app data inside the app where that option is available
- uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device
- contact us at info@belivio.co to request deletion of support communications or other personal information we may hold about you
Because blood pressure records are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a Belivio account or backend server, we cannot delete those local records for you remotely.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We use a third-party subscription management service to validate purchases and manage subscription status.
- That service may process:
- purchase transactions
- subscription status
- renewal and expiration dates
- storefront country or region
- We do not receive or store payment card details.
