To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belivio Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service — including loss of data, loss of access, or dependence on Service continuity.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service — whether anonymous or authenticated — if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses operational, technical, or legal risk. Termination may occur without prior notice, and we are not liable for compensation or damages resulting from such termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
