This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Number Generator (the "App") handles information when you use it. The App is operated by Belivio Pty Ltd (ABN 25 685 277 374) ("we", "us", or "our").

We design the App to collect as little personal information as possible. The App does not require an account.

The App stores the following information locally on your device so its features work:

  • Generated-number history
  • Favourite number combinations
  • Language and display preferences
  • Notification preferences
  • Whether you have acknowledged the entertainment disclaimer

This information is not uploaded to Belivio servers. You can remove it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to your device's backup settings.

2. Advertising and Consent

The App displays banner and app-open advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads.

Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and permissions, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

  • Device and advertising identifiers
  • IP address and general device information
  • App and advertisement interactions
  • Diagnostic, performance, and attribution data
  • Approximate location inferred from information such as your IP address

The App uses Google's consent tools where required. On iOS, the App may also request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing data to be used for tracking or personalised advertising. If tracking permission or the relevant consent is not granted, the App requests non-personalised advertising.

You can change advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings. Google's use of information is governed by its own privacy policies and advertising terms.

3. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App requests permission to send reminders. Notification permission and preferences are stored on your device, and reminders are scheduled locally by the App.

You can disable notifications at any time in the App or your device settings.

4. Sharing and Clipboard Features

When you choose to copy or share generated numbers, the App uses your device's clipboard or system sharing tools. The destination apps or services you choose may process the shared content under their own privacy policies.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details you include. We use this information only to respond to your request and maintain support records where reasonably necessary.

6. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

The App does not require your name, account details, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information:

  • To Google and its advertising partners as described above
  • To service providers assisting with App operation, subject to appropriate obligations

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of users, Belivio, or the public

8. Data Retention

App history, favourites, and preferences remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the App. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies. Support communications may be retained for record-keeping and to resolve your request.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is for entertainment only. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information within our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Delete locally stored App data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App
  • Disable notifications through the App or device settings
  • Manage advertising consent and tracking permissions through the available consent prompts and device settings
