Terms of Use — Lucky Number Generator

These Terms of Use govern your use of Lucky Number Generator (the "App"), operated by Belivio Pty Ltd (ABN 25 685 277 374) ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment-Only Service

The App generates random number combinations for entertainment and convenience only.

  • Generated numbers do not predict lottery results.
  • Using generated numbers does not improve your chance of winning.
  • The App does not provide financial, gambling, betting, or investment advice.
  • You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any generated numbers.

Never spend more on lottery or gambling activities than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing concern, seek assistance from an appropriate support service in your location.

2. No Lottery Affiliation

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any lottery operator, government lottery authority, betting provider, or prize organisation.

Lottery names, formats, trademarks, flags, and other third-party references are used only to help identify common number formats. All third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

The App does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, verify entries, publish official draw results, or pay prizes.

3. Lottery Presets and Accuracy

Preset formats are provided for convenience and may become outdated when lottery operators change their rules. We do not guarantee that a preset's number range, bonus-number format, draw rules, availability, or name is complete or current.

Before purchasing or submitting an entry, verify all requirements directly with the relevant official lottery operator. You are responsible for complying with age restrictions, local laws, and lottery rules that apply to you.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the App unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful gambling
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the App's source code, except where applicable law permits it
  • Circumvent security, advertising, consent, or technical protections
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the App's operation
  • Use automated systems to abuse or place unreasonable load on the App or related services
  • Misrepresent an association with Belivio or any lottery operator

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, branding, design, software, and technology are owned by or licensed to Belivio and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and use third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, products, services, or data practices.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that stored history and favourites will never be lost.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that:

  • Generated numbers will produce any prize or favourable outcome
  • Presets or other information will always be accurate or current
  • The App will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors
  • Locally stored information will always remain available

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belivio is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

  • Your use of or reliance on generated numbers
  • Lottery ticket purchases, wagers, missed entries, or unsuccessful results
  • Inaccurate or outdated preset information
  • Loss of locally stored history, favourites, or preferences
  • Third-party advertisements, services, or lottery operators
  • Interruption, unavailability, or errors in the App

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Lucky Number Generator Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Belivio submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
